Description The issue relates to incorrect handling of symbolic links when accessing files within ZIP archives. Exploitation can allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code if a user opens a specially crafted ZIP file. The flaw exists in how symbolic links are processed, potentially allowing crafted data within a ZIP file to cause traversal to unintended directories. An attacker could leverage this to execute code with the privileges of the service account.
