Description: The issue concerns multiple buffer overflows in the filter command of Elm 2.4. Attackers can exploit this by executing arbitrary commands via long headers, specifically the (1) From: headers, (2) Reply-To: headers, or (3) via a long -f (filterfile) command line argument.
Recommendations: For Elm version 2.4, update to a version that contains a fix for this issue to prevent exploitation.
