Description: A directory traversal issue allows a remote attacker to view arbitrary files by using a dot dot attack in the CD command.
Recommendations: For WFTPD version 3.00 R5, update to a version that fixes this issue, as using a dot dot attack in the CD command can allow unauthorized access to files. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
