| Vetor | AV:N/AC:L/Au:N/C:N/I:N/A:P |
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions:
Apache version 1.3.20
Description:
A issue exists where remote attackers can bypass the default index page and list directory contents. This is achieved by submitting a URL with a large number of / (slash) characters or a very long URI, which could cause a directory listing to be returned rather than the default index page.
Recommendations:
For Apache version 1.3.20, consider restricting access to directory listings as a temporary workaround until a patch is available. Avoid using very long URIs in the affected Apache version to minimize the risk of exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
