Description: The issue allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service, resulting in a reset, by sending IP packets with non-zero Type of Service (TOS) bits to the Timing Control Card (TCC) LAN interface.

Recommendations: For versions 3.1.0 through 3.2.0, consider restricting access to the TCC LAN interface to minimize the risk of exploitation. As a temporary workaround, limit the acceptance of IP packets with non-zero TOS bits to the TCC LAN interface until a fix is available.
