Description: The issue allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service, resulting in a crash, by sending an HTTP request to "helpout.exe" with a missing HTTP version number, which in turn causes "ibmproxy.exe" to crash.

Recommendations: For versions 3.6 through 4.0.1.25, update to version 4.0.1.26 or later to resolve the issue.
