Description The issue allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service, resulting in resource exhaustion. This can be achieved through two methods: (1) using a low MTU, which leads to the production of a large number of small packets, or (2) sending a large number of packets with a small TCP payload, causing a large number of calls to the sowakeup function.
