Description The issue affects the web interface of the router, where the password resets to its default when the device is shut off. This could potentially allow remote attackers to gain access to the router.
Recommendations For versions prior to 1.9 08/04/2004, update the firmware to version 1.9 08/04/2004 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider changing the default password and avoiding shutting off the router until the update is applied. Restrict access to the router's web interface to minimize the risk of exploitation.
