4.3

Média

VetorAV:N/AC:M/Au:N/C:N/I:P/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Infopop UBB.Threads versions 6.2.3 through 6.5
Description The issue concerns cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities. These vulnerabilities allow remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML, potentially leading to unauthorized actions on the affected web application. The vulnerabilities are located in the calendar.php, login.php, and online.php files. The Cat parameter is specifically vulnerable to such injections.
Recommendations For Infopop UBB.Threads versions 6.2.3 through 6.5, consider restricting access to the Cat parameter in the calendar.php, login.php, and online.php files to minimize the risk of exploitation. As a temporary workaround, avoid using the Cat parameter in these files until a patch is available. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
