Description The issue is related to the handling of certain packets in TCP/IP on IPv4, specifically concerning the Path MTU (PMTU) discovery mechanism. This allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service.
Recommendations For HP-UX versions B.11.00, B.11.04, B.11.11, B.11.22, and B.11.23, consider restricting access to TCP/IP services on IPv4 to minimize the risk of exploitation until a patch is available. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
