Description A multiple interpretation error exists, allowing remote attackers to bypass virus detection. This is achieved by using a malicious executable within a specially crafted RAR file that contains malformed central and local headers. Although the file may be rejected as corrupted by certain applications like Winzip and BitZipper, it can still be opened by other products such as Winrar and PowerZip.
