Description The issue allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service, specifically disabling the inbox, by sending an e-mail message with a topic that contains javascript. This prevents the user from accessing the Inbox folder.
Recommendations For Alt-N MDaemon and WorldClient version 8.1.3, consider disabling javascript processing in e-mail topics as a temporary workaround until a patch is available. Restrict access to the Inbox folder to minimize the risk of exploitation.
