CVE-2005-4408

CVSS v2.0

7.5

Alta

VetorAV:N/AC:L/Au:N/C:P/I:P/A:P
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Miraserver versions 1.0 RC4 and earlier
Description The issue allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands. This can be achieved via the "page" parameter to "index.php", the "id" parameter to "newsitem.php", and the "cat" parameter to "article.php".
Recommendations For Miraserver versions 1.0 RC4 and earlier, as a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the vulnerable API endpoints "index.php", "newsitem.php", and "article.php" until a patch is available. Avoid using the parameters page, id, and cat in the affected API endpoints until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
