Description The issue allows remote attackers to bypass authentication and gain administrator privileges by making a direct request to "index.php" with the editwelcome parameter set to 1. This can be used to modify the main page, allowing the injection of arbitrary HTML and web script, which can lead to cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks.
