Description The issue allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code. This can be achieved via a URL in the g pcltar lib dir parameter in pcltar.lib.php when register globals is enabled, or through the listconfigfile[] parameter in galsecurity.lib.php and galimage.lib.php.
