Description The issue allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code via specific URL manipulations when register globals is enabled. This is achieved by exploiting remote file inclusion vulnerabilities in certain PHP files, including news class.php, content class.php, and util.media.php, by manipulating GLOBALS[where framework] and GLOBALS[where cms].
