Description A cross-site scripting (XSS) issue exists, allowing remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML. This is achieved via the tid parameter in the messages.php file.

Recommendations For XennoBB versions 1.0.5 and earlier, as a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the messages.php file until a patch is available. Avoid using the tid parameter in the affected endpoint until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
