Description The issue allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands. This is achieved via the id and uid parameters to specific API endpoints: "inout/status.asp", "inout/update.asp", and "forgotpass.asp".

Recommendations For Liberum Help Desk versions 0.97.3 and earlier, as a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the "inout/status.asp", "inout/update.asp", and "forgotpass.asp" endpoints until a patch is available. Avoid using the id and uid parameters in these affected endpoints until the issue is resolved.
