Description A remote code execution issue exists when Microsoft Word parses a file and processes an unchecked count. This could be exploited by an attacker through a specially crafted Word file, potentially included as an email attachment or hosted on a malicious website. The issue arises when Word processes such a malformed file, allowing for remote code execution. However, viewing or previewing a malformed email message in affected versions of Outlook does not lead to exploitation of this issue.
