Description The issue allows remote attackers to bypass file type checks and possibly execute programs. This is achieved by using a file:/// or resource: URI with a dangerous extension, followed by a NULL byte (%00) and a safer extension. As a result, Firefox treats the requested file differently than Windows would.

Recommendations For versions prior to 2.0.0.5, update to version 2.0.0.5 or later to resolve the issue.
