Description: A memory leak in the Red Hat Content Accelerator kernel patch allows local users to cause a denial of service due to memory consumption. This can be achieved by making a large number of open requests involving O ATOMICLOOKUP.
Recommendations: For Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) version 4, apply the necessary kernel patch to fix the memory leak issue. For Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) version 5, apply the necessary kernel patch to fix the memory leak issue.
