Description A directory traversal issue exists, allowing remote attackers to create or overwrite arbitrary files by including a .. (dot dot) in the filename parameter.

Recommendations For BadBlue versions 2.72b and earlier, consider restricting access to the upload functionality until a patch is available. As a temporary workaround, avoid using the filename parameter with .. (dot dot) sequences in the affected API endpoint until the issue is resolved.
