Description The issue allows local, user-assisted attackers to overwrite arbitrary files via a symlink attack. This can be achieved by using crafted directories containing multiple source files that are copied to the same destination, when the cp command is run with an option to preserve symlinks on multiple OSes.

Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
