Description A cross-site scripting (XSS) issue exists, allowing remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML. This occurs when error messages are generated, and the input is not properly handled, as seen in input originally sent in the URI to the "secure/CreateIssue" endpoint.

Recommendations For versions prior to 3.12.1, update to version 3.12.1 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the "500page.jsp" page and the "secure/CreateIssue" endpoint until a patch is available.
