Description The issue allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service, resulting in an application crash, by sending a long Unicode string representing a client version identifier.

Recommendations For BitTorrent versions 6.0 and earlier, update to a version later than 6.0 to resolve the issue. For uTorrent versions 1.7.5 and earlier, update to a version later than 1.7.5 to resolve the issue. For uTorrent versions 1.8-alpha-7834 and earlier in the 1.8.x series, update to a version later than 1.8-alpha-7834 to resolve the issue.
