Description The issue concerns the mozIJSSubScriptLoader.LoadScript function, which fails to apply XPCNativeWrappers to scripts loaded from certain URIs, including file: URIs, data: URIs, and non-canonical chrome: URIs. This allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via vectors involving third-party add-ons.
Recommendations For Mozilla Firefox versions prior to 2.0.0.15, update to version 2.0.0.15 or later. For Thunderbird versions prior to 2.0.0.14, update to version 2.0.0.14 or later. For SeaMonkey versions prior to 1.1.10, update to version 1.1.10 or later.
