Description The issue allows local users to overwrite arbitrary files via a symlink attack on the album info.xml temporary file. This is due to a problem in the MagnatuneBrowser::listDownloadComplete function in magnatunebrowser/magnatunebrowser.cpp.

Recommendations For versions prior to 1.4.10, update to version 1.4.10 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the album info.xml temporary file to minimize the risk of exploitation.
