Description The issue is a stack-based buffer overflow that allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code. This can be achieved via a long relative path or absolute path in the filename argument in an action. An example of such an action is the "Open/Execute a file" action.
Recommendations For Foxit Reader versions 3.0 before Build 1506, consider updating to a version that includes Build 1506 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, restrict the use of the "Open/Execute a file" action to minimize the risk of exploitation.
