Description The issue allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML in the Local Zone by specifying a local file in a NavigateToURL action. This can be demonstrated by using a local skin file.

Recommendations For RealPlayer versions 11.0 through 11.1, update to a version that fixes the HandleAction method issue. For RealPlayer SP versions 1.0 through 1.1.5, update to a version that fixes the HandleAction method issue. For RealPlayer Enterprise version 2.1.2, update to a version that fixes the HandleAction method issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting the use of the NavigateToURL action until a patch is available.
