Description The issue concerns the authentication process when IBM Tivoli Federated Identity Manager (TFIM) is configured as an OpenID relying party. It fails to reject login attempts as expected upon receiving an OP-Identifier from an OpenID provider. This allows remote attackers to bypass authentication.
