Description The issue is related to a buffer overflow in the stringToSeconds function in ovutil.dll, which is part of ovwebsnmpsrv.exe in HP OpenView Network Node Manager. This allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code by providing large values of variables to jovgraph.exe.

Recommendations For HP OpenView Network Node Manager versions 7.51 through 7.53, consider restricting access to the stringToSeconds function in ovutil.dll as a temporary workaround until a patch is available.
