Description The issue allows remote attackers to obtain potentially sensitive information by reading the Nickname value, which is set to the local hostname when Tor is configured as a relay without the Nickname configuration option.

Recommendations For versions prior to 0.2.2.25-alpha, update to version 0.2.2.25-alpha or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider configuring the Nickname option to prevent the use of the local hostname as the Nickname value.
