Description The issue allows context-dependent attackers to cause a denial of service, potentially leading to memory consumption via an XML Entity Expansion (XEE) attack. Exploitation of this issue may lead to disruption of protected information and can be performed remotely.
Recommendations For Qt versions prior to 5.2, update to version 5.2 or later to resolve the issue. For Qtcore versions prior to 4.8.5-r1, update to version 4.8.5-r1 or later to resolve the issue.
