Description The issue is caused by a buffer overflow in the software of the Schneider Electric Modicon M340 programmable logic controller. This allows a remote attacker to cause a denial of service, resulting in a module crash, by sending specially crafted FTP traffic. The vulnerability can be exploited using an FTP client, such as FileZilla.
