Description The issue allows remote attackers to read or modify the submission comments of arbitrary users via a crafted URI. This is due to a problem in the lib.php file within the Submission comments plugin in the Assignment module.

Recommendations For Moodle versions 2.3.x through 2.3.3, update to version 2.3.4 or later. For Moodle versions 2.4.x through 2.4.0, update to version 2.4.1 or later.
