Description The issue exists in the fragment set tot len function in epan/reassemble.c due to incorrect determination of the length of a reassembled packet for the DTLS dissector. This allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (application crash) via a malformed packet.

Recommendations For Wireshark versions 1.6.x through 1.6.12, update to version 1.6.13 or later. For Wireshark versions 1.8.x through 1.8.4, update to version 1.8.5 or later.
