Description The issue allows remote attackers to obtain sensitive information about the existence of registry keys via crafted method calls, specifically (1) key-open or (2) key-close method calls, in an ActiveX control in NationalInstruments.Help2.dll.

Recommendations For versions prior to the fixed version, consider restricting access to the ActiveX control in NationalInstruments.Help2.dll to minimize the risk of exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
