Description The issue is related to the dissect sip common function in the SIP dissector, which does not properly initialize a data structure. This allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service, resulting in an application crash, via a crafted packet.
Recommendations For Wireshark versions 1.8.x through 1.8.10, update to version 1.8.11 or later. For Wireshark versions 1.10.x through 1.10.2, update to version 1.10.3 or later.
