Description A cross-site scripting (XSS) issue allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the tb tab index parameter to "wp-admin/options-general.php".

Recommendations For versions prior to 4.0.2, update to version 4.0.2 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the "wp-admin/options-general.php" endpoint to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using the tb tab index parameter in the affected endpoint until the issue is resolved.
