Description The issue allows remote authenticated users to affect availability via unknown vectors related to the Federated component. This can impact the availability of data.
Recommendations For Oracle MySQL Server versions 5.5.35 and earlier, update to a version later than 5.5.35 to resolve the issue. For Oracle MySQL Server versions 5.6.15 and earlier, update to a version later than 5.6.15 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the Federated component until a patch is available.
