For Cisco TelePresence TC Software version 6.x before 6.0.1, update to version 6.0.1 or later. For Cisco TelePresence TE Software versions 4.x, update to a version that is not affected by this issue. For Cisco TelePresence TE Software version 6.0, update to a version that is not affected by this issue.
