Description The issue is related to the addFileRegistryAccount Virtual Member Manager (VMM) SPI Admin Task in IBM WebSphere Application Server, which does not properly create accounts. This allows remote attackers to bypass intended access restrictions.

Recommendations For IBM WebSphere Application Server versions 8.0.x through 8.0.0.9, update to version 8.0.0.10 or later. For IBM WebSphere Application Server versions 8.5.x through 8.5.5.2, update to version 8.5.5.3 or later.
