Description The issue is related to the build expert data function in the NCP dissector, which does not properly initialize a data structure. This allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service, resulting in an application crash, via a crafted packet.
Recommendations For Wireshark versions 1.10.x through 1.10.10, update to version 1.10.11 or later. For Wireshark versions 1.12.x through 1.12.1, update to version 1.12.2 or later.
