Description The issue allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (out-of-bounds read) via a crafted image file. This is related to the ReadRLEImage function in coders/rle.c.
Recommendations For ImageMagick version 6.8.9.9, consider updating to a newer version to mitigate the risk of exploitation. As a temporary workaround, restrict the use of the ReadRLEImage function in coders/rle.c to minimize the risk of denial of service attacks.
