Description The issue is related to the WebGL implementation in the browser, specifically in the gpu/blink/webgraphicscontext3d impl.cc file. It allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (out-of-bounds read) via a crafted WebGL program that triggers a state inconsistency.
Recommendations For Google Chrome versions prior to 42.0.2311.90, update to version 42.0.2311.90 or later to resolve the issue. For Opera, at the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
