Description
The issue allows local users to bypass intended filesystem restrictions and delete arbitrary files. It is related to insufficient access restrictions to certain functions in the Task Scheduler. An attacker who successfully exploits this could run arbitrary code in the security context of the local system, potentially allowing them to install programs, view, change, or delete data, or create new accounts with full user rights. To exploit this, an attacker would first have to log on to the system.
