Description
The issue is related to the presence of a default administrator account in the software. This allows a remote attacker to gain access to the program.
Recommendations
For IBM Tivoli Service Request Manager, update to a version that contains a fix for this issue.
For IBM Tivoli Asset Management for IT versions 7.1 through 7.1.1.13 and 7.2, update to a version that contains a fix for this issue.
For IBM SmartCloud Control Desk versions 7.5.0 before 7.5.0.9 FP009 and 7.5.1 and 7.6.0 before 7.6.0.2 IFIX001, update to a version that contains a fix for this issue.
