Description The issue is related to the V8LazyEventListener::prepareListenerObject function in the V8 bindings in Blink, which does not properly compile listeners. This allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service or possibly have other unspecified impacts via vectors that leverage "type confusion."
Recommendations For Google Chrome versions prior to 41.0.2272.76, update to version 41.0.2272.76 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to potentially vulnerable web pages or disabling JavaScript execution in untrusted environments until the update is applied.
