Description
The issue is related to a memory corruption vulnerability in the Chakra JavaScript engine of Microsoft Edge. This vulnerability can be exploited by a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code. The exploitation occurs when the engine handles objects in memory, potentially corrupting it in a way that allows an attacker to execute code in the context of the current user. If the user has administrative rights, a successful exploitation could lead to an attacker taking control of the affected system, enabling them to install programs, view, change, or delete data, or create new accounts with full user rights.
