Description The issue is related to the Program::getUniformInternal function in Program.cpp in libANGLE, which does not properly handle a certain data-type mismatch. This can be exploited by remote attackers to cause a denial of service or possibly have other unspecified impacts via crafted shader stages.
Recommendations For Google Chrome versions prior to 49.0.2623.108, update to version 49.0.2623.108 or later to resolve the issue. For libANGLE versions prior to 49.0.2623.108, update to version 49.0.2623.108 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting the use of crafted shader stages until a patch is available.
